Holly Cohoon, Founder, Managing Partner

Holly Cohoon is Managing Partner and Founder of Axcero Global, Partner of Regents Consulting Group, and COO of 1218, Inc.

Business Management Expertise:  Holly brings executive leadership to her multiple roles, with responsibility for Recruiting, Information Technology, Training, Human Resources, and Operations, very nearly every facet of the business.

Project Management: Holly is a seasoned Manager with a unique blend of project-based and management experience. She has project-managed numerous complex PeopleSoft implementations which incorporated a full suite of PeopleSoft modules including Staffing Front Office, Pay/Bill Management, Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Human Resources, Time & Labor and Payroll Interface.

PeopleSoft & Salesforce Expertise: Holly has experience with both Salesforce and PeopleSoft ERP engagements across multiple years. She is a certified Project Manager and Salesforce Administrator. Most recently Holly managed a large Jobscience implementation on the Salesforce platform.

Managing Partner: As a Managing Partner and COO of 1218 Inc., Holly reviews all applications and interviews all selected candidates for consultant positions for the 1218 companies. Holly is a Certified Project Manager (PMP), a Certified Salesforce Administrator, a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Holly is a Deans List graduate of the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA with a Bachelor of Arts in English
